Authors Betsy Little and Paula Molligan have more than 36 years experience in education. Both have their MBA's and MA's in Special Education and are school placement consultants for Bay Area families for preschool through high school. Ms. Little has worked as a director of admission, director of development, and director of financial aid endowment for a number of California independent schools. She is a former member of the Bay Area Directors of Admission. Ms. Molligan holds a BS in Elementary Education and was a classroom teacher in the East Bay and Marin, a middle school administrator for an independent school, and the head of a private school in Marin. She is a former member of the Bay Area Independent School Heads Association. Ms. Little and Ms. Molligan are principals in Little and Molligan, School Placement Specialists for public and private day and boarding schools. They have offices in Marin and San Francisco.
